On November 8th, 2025, Members from the Glenn Dale Fire Association participated in the annual Founder’s Circle Memorial ceremony at the Fire Services Building. The memorial ceremony is an event that pays tribute to founding, early, and lifetime members who have made significant contributions to enhance each department in Prince George’s County. This year, William “Bill” Howzdy was honored, and his name was placed on our stone in recognition of his contributions to the Glenn Dale Fire Association, Mr. Howzdy joins a distinguished list of dedicated individuals who have served the entire department with honor and distinction.
