On September 24th, 2024 the Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association held their awards ceremony during the 1st session of the annual county convention. 11 dedicated members of various departments were honored with being inducted into the Hall of Fame including our brother Brian Timothy “Timmy” Smith (posthumously). Timmy’s wife, Tammy along with their daughters Jamie and Jessie, Timmy’s brother and life member Mark Smith and Timmy’s brother in law and life member Paul Peterson were on hand to accept Timmy’s honor. Thank you to everyone that made this happen. We would also like to congratulate all the members who were inducted into the Hall Of Fame last night.
