On June 21, 2025, Rescue Engine, Tower Ladder and Assistant Chief 18 (Meullion) operated on an apartment fire in the 5300 Block of 85th Avenue. The Rescue Engine was dispatched as the third due engine and laid out from a secondary hydrant, positioned on Side C and stretched the bumper line to the terrace level apartment. The Tower crew, as second due truck, also positioned on Side C and reported inside to check for extension and complete searches, which were negative. The fire was contained to the outside patios on the terrace level and first floor. The Assistant Chief held the command. The company remained on scene for approximately 1 hour before returning to service.
