On June 8th, 2021 at approximately 6:25pm Tower 18 was alerted as the first due truck to the 7900 Block of Beechnut Road (Company 37’s First Due) for a reported house fire. Chief 18 also responded and assumed command upon arriving on scene. Tower 18 and Engine Company 20 operated as the investigation group securing power to the structure and running thermal imagers to ensure there was not an active fire throughout the structure.
